Maple Taffy: I hope that my father is up to his elbows in this stuff...and I hope that he gets some sleep. The weather coming up this weeks looks perfect for many more litres of sap. He has made 75+ litres already and with this week he may double that. We may have free syrup all year thanks to his much expanded operation! Woo Hoo!
