Forward thinking.: People are going to tag. They scratch windows and metal surfaces. They use stickers, markers and paint. I find it refreshing and interesting that the STM has provided the would be artists with a framed space for their work. I also find it interesting that no one has "coloured outside the lines", on this wall anyway. It would be an interesting experiment to see if, provided with a dedicated surface for tagging, the rest of the walls would remain free of signatures. I doubt it.
